Hi, guys! I got some packages in earlier this week (on Monday to be precise)!
YAY! I finally found myself some time to share them with you. After a HORRIBLE day of school, I came home to find three lovely packages sitting on the doorstep. I always found it odd when gurus said they found stuff on their doorstep, because I'm always so used to seeing people having to sign some papers before getting a package. The mail man literally leaves the packages leaning against my door, on the doorstep.

What might it be . . . ?
FALSE LASHES (4/5)
I got 40 pairs of false lashes for just over
$7 off eBay. The came in crisscross, natural (bellow), and voluminous. I want to use them, but they are
incredibally long! I'm not too fond of falsies that look SUPER false. If you aren't oriental, your lashes, unlike mine, are probably longer and fuller. The natural lashes and crisscross lashes came in at about 1 cm long (I just put a ruler up the the lashes. I didn't stretch them out when
messuring). The voluminous
styed ones were roughly 1.5cm long. My own lashes? 7mm I'm assuming. They are anything but long.
Regardless, these lashes are
definately something I would recommend! I may have had to wait 3 weeks to get them, but they are absolutely gorgeous!
In comparison to the last
purcahse I made for false lashes, I am more that pleased. With my first purchase (diff. seller), the hairs weren't tapered. Instead of having each hair come to a fine point, they looked blunt and
unatural. The lashes were very long, so I wouldn't be able to wear them regularly. Not only that, but the lashes were packaged in 4cm•2cm•2cm plastic box where they were crammed and messy.
The 40 lashes I recently purchased are much more satisfying. The
lahes in a paper/cardboard box where each lash has its own spot; The hairs on the lashes look nice and tapered (YES!), and they are just as cheap. If only they were a tad
SHORTER.

I find that the crisscross ones look more natural that the "natural" lashes.
DOUBLE EYELID GLUE (2/5)
I got two tubes of eyelid glue. I didn't want to use it on my eyelids, but for my eyelashes. I haven't been using any false lashes recently, so I can't tell you as to how well it works on lashes, but I can tell you about the consistency, etc. This glue it not my favourite thing for eyelashes OR double eyelids. This glue comes out translucent, and dries clear. Even after it dries, it is still tacky. If you are using this on your eyelids, it will stick to everything surrounding it; Eyeliner, eyeshadow, dust. Eventually, a dark line forms where the crease is. FYI,
NOT pretty. I tried using it on lashes when I was at home, and I didn't seem very strong in comparison to
LashGrip. I have yet to try it out of the house, but I'm not very confident in this product.
EPISTICKThe
Epistick pulls out some peach fuzz, but I found that found that it would also TEAR some facial hair. I used it on my mustache area . . . upper lip, whatever, and it seems somewhat stubbly now. It also has some trouble plucking very fine hair, but I suppose that is to be expected. I mean, I only paid $1.40 for this coil with handles. Even so, I think it's a pretty good purchase. I HATE
tweezing my upper lip, and the
Epistick makes it LESS PAINFUL :D
VOLUM' EXPRESS MASCARAI bought this mascara yesterday since it was on sale for $3.99
I LOVE this mascara! It's waterproof, so it hold a curl like magic. As for volume, I don't think I did anything crazy, but there were no clumps, and it probably does not smell as bad as the COLOSSAL.
That all for now,
♥ Sam
